Hello, I’m Jen Rosales.

I am so in love with what we are creating here at Bella Rogue. Our clients are kind, inclusive and committed to making changes to live their most authentic life and witnessing their joy makes me smile. I have spent the last 12+ years teaching, educating and participating in everything fitness and nutrition based. When I am not at Bella Rogue working alongside my husband, Dr. Tony Rosales, you can most certainly find me trail running or hiking at Cathedral Hills, RoxyAnn or any other place that takes me outside. As an endurance athlete, I find myself always planning the next 50miler for Dr. Tony and myself or dreaming about revisiting Zion or Grand Canyon to spend time re-centering my soul. I look forward to meeting you and thank you for trusting us on your journey to mind, body and spirit wellness.
